Returns and Exchanges
I hope you are completely happy with your piece. If for any reason it isn’t right, returns and exchanges are accepted within the timeframe below.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn and in its original condition
It must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Purchased via this website, in person purchases may be exchanged only
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and checked.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your piece, this can be arranged within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unworn and in its original condition, with no signs of wear
It must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
This is often the best option if:
You would like a different size
You would prefer a different finish
Once the original item has been returned, your exchange will be made and dispatched in line with current lead times.
If there is a price difference between items, you will either be invoiced for the remaining balance or refunded the difference.
How to Arrange a Return
To start a return or exchange, please get in touch via the contact page with your order number and details of your request.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
It is recommended to use a tracked and insured service, as items remain your responsibility until they are received
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong piece, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so this can be assessed.
Once reviewed, a repair, replacement, or refund will be arranged where appropriate, and return shipping costs will be covered.
Wear & Care
Each piece is carefully handmade using precious materials and if handled with care, should last you a lifetime.
Natural wear over time is expected, particularly with finishes such as oxidised silver or delicate surface textures, these can be refreshed from time to time if needed.
Damage caused by wear, accidental impact, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals (including perfumes, cleaning products, chlorine, and water) is not considered a fault.
If your piece becomes damaged through wear, repairs and surface refreshes may be possible. Please get in touch to discuss available options.
